The dicas 2015 is a professional broadcast-quality advanced 1-RU solution for Standard Definition video decoding.

This robust, error resilient high-performance decoder delivers unmatched results in any broadcast contribution and distribution environment supporting MPEG-4 AVC / H.264 (Baseline, Main and High Profile) and MPEG-4 (Advanced Simple Profile and Simple Profile) on the video side as well as MPEG-4 AAC on the audio side.

It is easily installed and can be configured either remotely using an intuitive web interface or through keys on the front panel.

The dicas 2015 supports MPEG-2 TS and RTP as input, and delivers analogue or digital video/audio on the output. It is the perfect counterpart to the dicas 2010 video/audio MPEG-4 AVC / H.264 encoder and through full standard compliancy can be utilised with any interoperable MPEG-4 AVC / H.264 encoder.
